Folks Learnin' Folk Workshops

ABC

Folk music is meant to be played with family, friends, and neighbors, not just heard. In addition to the regular show schedule, the Brew will be offering a series of free workshops and jams to promote this longstanding tradition. Through these workshops, we hope to instill both an appreciation for the music's character and history as well as encouraging its performance by musicians of all skill levels, including beginners. Be sure to bring your instruments! Observers are welcome and most workshops are free. For further information, contact Sally Driscoll at 814-231-0913 or e-mail her here.
