VOLUNTEER SUMMARY - High School (HS)

Volunteers Needed


TIMING - High School

3:30 - Sound people (2) arrive and start to loading/setup
4:30 - Manager arrives at HS
4:30 - asst managers and snack chief meet at CWB to transport stuff
4:30 - Sound check begins for main act
4:45 - First shift snack table person arrives
4:45 - Plug in coffee pot first thing
5:00 - MC arrives with food for performers and stage crew
5:15 - Sound check begins for opening act
5:45 - Door, CD sales people arrive
6:15 - Bakers arrive, 2nd shift coffee arrives any time
6:30 - Doors open
7:00 - Show begins
7:00 - Show begins, Opener
7:25 - First Break 20 minutes (but tell the audience TEN!!!)
7:45 - Main Act Set 1
8:30 - Second Break 30 minutes (but tell the audience TWENTY!!!)
9:00 - Main Act Set 2
9:45 - Encore(s)
10:00 - Show ends
11:00 - All packed up and out of the HS Building (per the contract with the school district)

Afterwards

Everyone (excepting bakers) stays until all cleanup is finished or until the manager says they are no longer needed.
